Answer and direct calls within the office

Taking detailed messages

Sorting and distributing incoming mail

Preparing and delivering outgoing mail

Handling payments and receipts

Maintaining good records and filing

Keeping office organized and tidy

Handle document runs to other offices and banks as needed

Assisting our lawyer and staff with tasks as needed
